Meet Cassie!

Hi I am Cassie, the heart behind the lens and your go-to maternity, newborn, and family photographer in Bergen County, NJ. I am a mom to three incredible kids, Maddox, Ellie, and Cole, and a wife to my husband, Derek. We live in the wonderful town of Ramsey, NJ and first and foremost I understand the essence of family and the fleeting beauty of life.

I graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2006 with Bachelor Degrees in Business Management and Public Relations, and later pursued my passion for children and education, earning my Master’s in Childhood Education from William Paterson University. I went on to teach first and second grade in Paterson and River Edge for 8 years.

I have always been the designated family photographer, but it was the birth of my first son in 2013 that ignited the spark to turn my hobby into a passionate career. Photography, for me, is not just about capturing images; it's about weaving the stories of my clients, fostering genuine relationships, and freezing moments that resonate with emotion and timelessness.

Balancing the chaos of life with kids' sports and being a dedicated PTO mom, photography serves as my creative haven and personal outlook. It inspires me to find beauty in the everyday, providing a unique perspective that shines through in every photograph. For me, it's not just a career; it's a journey of connection, inspiration, and preserving the extraordinary moments that make life truly remarkable.
